"Subject: Disappointing Experience with Prescription Service at Publix at the Mill: I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at your pharmacy, which compelled me to share my concerns. Despite using your automated system to order a prescription the night before, the prescription was not ready by the promised time of 11 am the next day. Upon my arrival at 4:30 pm, I was informed that your automated system had been down the previous night, hindering the processing of my prescription.To add to the frustration, after being asked to return in 20 minutes, I came back in precisely 19 minutes only to be met with sarcastic remarks from the counter attendant, insisting I wait an additional 5 minutes.Moreover, the lack of consideration for checking alternative pricing through services like GoodRx was disheartening. As a customer, I expected a more proactive approach to ensure I receive the most cost-effective option.The overall demeanor of your staff at the window and counter was notably unpleasant and combative. This experience has left me with no intention of getting another prescription filled at Publix, and I am contemplating discontinuing my grocery shopping at your store altogether.I hope you take this feedback seriously as it reflects poorly on the customer service standards I would expect from Publix. "Sends message Rx ready but you get there and it’s not. Also they don’t look to see if your Rx is cheaper on good RX. My self and brother assumed they did this as a curiosity but ended up paying double under insurance but had we realized they weren’t checking would of looked it up before hand . Won’t make that mistake again."
