"I had to go here while on vacation. I was seen very quickly…. especially for a walk in facility! Each person involved was so friendly and very competent at their job. This was actually one of my best experiences I’ve ever had when going to see a doctor."

"I went here a couple weeks ago because the clinic I usually go to didn't have any appointments. I had vertigo really bad, thought it was a sinus, inner ear infection. I called first, didn't need an appointment. When I got here, one person ahead of me, but receptionist told me it would be about an hour wait. I stayed, because I was so sick. Amanda was very professional, listened to my concerns. She checked my ears, prescribed a nasal spray. No antibiotics because I had no infection. She gave me advice, helped me feel a lot better. I feel there is a lot of pressure on all healthcare providers to diagnose & treat illness correctly. Making the wrong diagnosis & treatment can be terrible. Plus all strain from Covid, all the flu cases, the respiratory viruses. I keep all that in mind when I go to a family care facility."

"I am very grateful for the care and help I received in April of 2021 and again April of 2022 first with my Covid illness and then my pneumonia. I also had to go in another time this fall for something minor. Each time I called first, made my appointment and was seen quickly. I will always recommend this facility and find comfort in knowing great medical treatment is right down the street. I know when I need medical help they have the knowledge and the equipment needed to treat their patients. Thank you Dosher Convenient Care."

"Awful experience. Upon arrival I was ask if I had an appointment. I replied no, this is a walk in clinic. Next question why was I there? I replied horrible case of vertigo, I never had vertigo before, I do have a spider bit and was there thinking the bit may be the cause of my vertigo. The receptionist disappeared, returned to tell me the clinic was not capable of treating a spider bit . Recommend I leave and go to the ER. I replied Dr Minor was not able to For me into his schedule today. May I suggest you put me on your schedule I not going to the ER. Receptionist disappears again, trueness to tell me “she could see me at 3;00”.not bad an hour wait. The PA on duty was Amanda Reynolds, abrupt, rude not engaged. Spent two minutes with me, told me I have a ear and sinus infection. Provided prescriptions and out the door I went. Awful experience"

"So my niece tested positive for strep and then my son a couple days later. I was having same symptoms. Made appointment, strep was negative. My symptoms were okay at this point, just thought it may be pollen related. This morning at 1am I start running a low grade fever and have green sputum. So this morning I Call this convenient care just to update symptoms to see if I need to come back in or if I may need an antibiotic. I don’t mind paying to be seen again! The front desk calls me back and after speaking with Amanda the NP here (who I saw yesterday) she pretty much says since I declined more tests yesterday when my symptoms were not bad, that they would not need to see me! So I say “do I just need to make another appointment?” She proceeds to say “No”. I was appalled that a doctor would decline someone who obviously has something going on. I was just concerned that maybe I came in too early for the strep test or that I may indeed have a sinus infection. Needless to say I will not be returning to Dosher Convenient Care. Amanda, NP did not show me any kind of good bedside manner. For someone who is going into the medical profession, this was very concerning to me."
