The reception, techs and doctor were all pretty amazing. They were all very patient, kind and understanding towards me. I was in a pretty emotional state because of ongoing vision issues. "My family has been going to Family Vision Clinic since they bought the business years ago. Dr Peterson has always taken great care of our eyes. Not the case with Dr Perkins and my recent visit. A few weeks after my visit I was billed $140. It was filed on Medicare. I talked to the billing department and she was less than helpful. I asked that it be refiled with my vision insurance which always pays. She said that once filed, it cannot be changed. I called Medicare and they disagree. I sent Dr Perkins two emails to the address provided by his office which went unanswered. I have decided to pay the bill and take my business elsewhere. That includes my wife, mother-in-law and me."
