"This practice told me to start filling out my paperwork. I finished it and they never called me and little did I know I was supposed to bring the paperwork BACK UP TO THE FRONT. I am adding to this review because NOW some lady who walked in THIRTY MINUTES after me just got called and I have been waiting over an hour to be seen. UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT GIVE THIS PRACTICE YOUR MONEY !"

"Chris Farmer is a great guy . Personable and knowledgeable . This guy knows his business . Has helped me greatly . He will listen to you and seems concerned with your input . I have seen numerous specialists concerning my particular injuries , and I honestly have learned more from Chris than from any of them . The staff and nurses here are also pleasant and thoughtful . ( Which is good , because sometimes I am not !) . I have no qualms whatsoever about recommending this place ."

"Just called this place and talk about misadvertisment. My wife is in need of a physical. I was told they couldn't provide her with that because they were a urgent care. When I informed the lady I spoke to, that not only do they advertise both urgent and primary care. I Know someone who is a patient there. When telling me they were just a urgent care didn't work she then said they weren't accepting new patients. Avoid this place as they are not what they claim to be. It amazes me that if you have no insurance although you're willing to pay out of pocket this office will deny you service's. They claim they can give you personalized care then do the opposite when called upon. Not happy with this business at all."

"After two weeks of pain from my bike accident, I decided to have the urgent care take a look at my wounds. Dr Farmer took over 6 X-rays and was very thorough examining my bruises. Luckily there were no serious injuries and most of my pain was from soft tissues. No cast needed, but I had a list of therapy exercises to follow and layoff riding until things healed. I should have addressed this issue earlier as the wait didn't take long. I was probably in and out in less than one hour. That's with x rays taken and the report back from the radiology. The staff was outstanding. The whole visit experience was outstanding."
