"This review is not for the staff, who are all kind and professional. The two stars are because there is no point in making an appointment. I made an appointment and still waited over an hour past my appointment time. If you're gonna take appointments, you should be able to see people at their appointment time. There was another party who made an appointment that arrived about twenty minutes after me and they were still waiting when I left. Secondly, I called specifically to ask beforehand whether they had an in-house lab because I was hoping for a quicker turnaround on results. The person who answered the phone said yes they had an in house lab. After waiting over an hour I was told they'd have to send my sample out and I'd hear back in 3 or so days. I was furious and I did ask them about this and the PA or NP I spoke to said "they probably meant that yes we collect lab samples" which...okay, yes, every walk in clinic does. But that's not what i asked. So maybe clarify what that means for your front desk employees for future reference."
