"If i could give this place a zero star rating, I honestly would...the lack of communication and compassionate staff is unreal to me. Getting tests done is a cheap and fairly easy process here, but getting someone to answer the phone just isn't going to happen for you. The staff doesn't follow up with patients regarding test results and care. It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't had anyone call me. I know this is a charity clinic, but noone here acts like they have a true desire to help those who can't afford health insurance. I recommend finding a place with a doctor who actually wants to see you get better and staff who understand your needs at check in and check out."

"I accompanied my partner to an appointment and when he went to ask about being seen in a timely manner one (Lynn) receptionist attempted to explain how the process works in her most respectful manner then a second representative (Myra) joined in the dialogue with a very unprofessional demeanor. After my partner was called to the back the second receptionist (Myra), unaware that I was sitting in the waiting area proceeded to discuss personal information about my partner. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to address both the receptionists about their unprofessionalism and HIPAA violations in a very professional manner and MYRA got up and walked away as I was speaking. You will be job hunting shortly Miss MYRA."
