"The minute clinic is an unprofessional waste of time. Rude and unprofessional workers. Especially the supervisor!!! CVS has lost my family's business forever."
"FYI everyone they still aren't any better. 1st and last for me. 2 cars in the lot standing for 20 mins to be rushed off by a blue haired nasty min clinic worker who couldn't even bother to look me in the face turning me away with nobody else there. Not surprised to see the 2.8 Google. Another CVS took care of me BTW and were very nice. I hope you guys staff better soon. Wallgreen's parking lot was full BTW across the street. Might want to secret shop this site."
"*DISCRIMINATION * My son was turned away 2 times at this location Minute Clinic by RN Steph V. She was unprofessional, nasty attitude, and would not see him claiming his insurance was not active. I called the insurance company over the phone and verified it has been active since he was born. She could not print out or show me proof of where it stated he was denied."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. TL;DR The pharmacist at this CVS is intentionally not following the law by refusing to administer medication in accordance with the North Carolina Controlled Substances Act. (Adderall for ADHD.) 9/23/2023 update: I originally posted this review on 9/19/2023. Today I checked my medication list on the app and my adderall has been mysteriously removed. I called customer service and they verified it was removed. So now what am I supposed to do? I can’t even transfer the prescription bc she removed it from my account!!! I refuse to let this go. I have filed complaints with Caremark, CVS Pharmacy Relations, and I’m about to file a complaint with the North Carolina Pharmacy Board. This is beyond unacceptable. I recently moved here from out of state, and when I transferred my prescriptions here I specifically asked the pharmacist if she had any concerns with filling my meds from my doctor in Chicago bc one of my meds is a controlled substance (adderall). They said it’s not a problem (North Carolina law allows for out of state prescriptions). Well, now, a few months later and she says it’s “against CVS policy”. So I called CVS corporate and they said they don’t have a policy on this. I called the pharmacist back and she changed her story (so she lied to me). She said that the pharmacist can use their “discretion” and if something makes them “uncomfortable”, then they don’t have to fill the rx. I asked if I did anything to make her uncomfortable. “No.” Did my doctor do anything to make you uncomfortable? “No.” Can you see in your database that I have never overfilled or abused any medications, ever? “Yes, that’s correct.” So you are doing this simply bc my doctor is from out of state? “Yes.” Screw this place."
"Now i see why this store has so many bad reviews. If you care about your health you will find another pharmacy to take care of your needs. CVS is just a typical corporate entity who puts shareholders ahead of their (former) customers. What a disgrace of a so called pharmacy."
