"The lady who checked me in was not cool. She don’t know how to bill my insurance or call so embarrassed me at the counter. Then lets someone go in my place as if I don’t have insurance (not that it should matter). She should have let me go back and figured it out afterwards! How do you let someone take my appointment?! I had someone come from a different station since I work and The Post Office. I had to wait well over an hour. Very unprofessional. I understand they have a job to bill insurance but you don’t let that get in the way of a patient missing their appointment! The nurse was excellent and so was Dr. Jarrett!"
