"It took months to get appointments and I have been stood up on 2 separate virtual appointments, calls not being returned during business hours, changing appointment times without notification or addressing them. I have been trying to get treatment for nearly a year, and have had to BEG for any small bit I have received (which was the bare minimum and I was treated as if they were doing a favor for me by prescribing only a months supply of PPIs to help treat my stomach problems.) It shouldn't be this hard to get treatment for diagnosed stomach problems but apparently it's impossible for this office to do. I don't know if it's a receptionist problem or if the doctors and PAs really just don't care but either way, I do not recommend this office at all. Try somewhere else first."
"Brandon Ballard not not help me. Choking on stomach acid choking all night five years. Medicines didn't work. Need an operation. Sent me to surgeon admitted me in hospital received no operation. Both dismissed me. Had 3 dilation couldn't get food down without choking. Need another dilation choking on food and liquid. Need operation. Suffering from severe weight loss, malnutrition. Reporting Brandon to Medical Board and contacting a lawyer."
"Had a young man named Philip that took my vitals, he was very nice and had a great personality. I really liked Carla Shores PA she had a positive attitude and gave me a lot of hope ."
"The nurse was very nice and spoke to me for more time than normal which left me at ease. Then Mrs. Carla Shores really took her time looking into my issue and how it could be resolved and she spent a lot of time explaining and showing me how I might be able to heal myself and she just made me feel a lot better about my situation. The best experience I've had at a doctor's office in a long time, everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, including the staff at the desk. We need more people in the medical field like this, I always feel judged or not believed when I go in for help, but I didn't feel that way at all during this visit."
