"I was a walkin. I was greeted pleasantly and told there might be a little wait but would be in as soon as possible. They were very quick getting me back and Doug took very good care of me while getting my information as to why I was there. Melissa came in to finish the visit and prescribed the medications I needed. Everyone from my first minute there til my last was friendly, pleasant, helpful, and professional. Would absolutely recommend 100%."

"The ladies here are amazing! Everyone is so kind. I’ve been here numerous times for myself and for my kids, and every time we’re there it’s a pleasant experience. It’s by far the easiest and quickest urgent care I’ve ever been to as well. I’ve never had to sit around for hours and hours to be seen. When my daughter hurt her elbow, all of the nurses were so sweet, making her laugh, giving her popsicles, and cheering her up. You can tell everyone here truly cares about the patients!"

"I am new to Wilmington area and this was my first visit to Medac Care, or any urgent care in the area. The wait time was about 3 hours, but not to bad considering it was Christmas Eve. The entire staff were on point!! Great service from checking in and having to be established as new patient. The receptionist was very warm, welcoming and helpful. The team took excellent care of me, and I received my medication without any problems at Walgreens. Thank You for helping me out!!! I will definitely return if I need your assistance again.
