"The PAs, nurses’, and staff made a very traumatic experience a little less scary for our son who needed stitches after an injury. They were all compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, forthcoming with information and instruction, and it was a great experience overall with the stitches being put in as well as taken out. Couldn’t recommend Medac in Porter’s Neck enough."

"I was very impressed with this facility. They informed us of the approximate wait time (which was shorter than what they said). The staff was very nice, polite and informative. Testing done in the facility made diagnostics faster. They asked good questions about reason for coming in. All in all I would definitely go back and would refer others to go if in the area. "HAD SUCH AN EASY GOING EXPERIENCE. I had gone in with my 17 and 4 month old girls and I was in and out within the hour I check in. They have save my spot which put you Into a queue so when you get there, all you have to do is check in and you practically just already ready to go. Staff was wonderful and nice and very helpful in trying to produce solid answers for my illness."

"You never want to have to go to the dr, but when you are in need of one, it’s nice to have a place to go that staff, doctors and nurses are nice and treat you as they truly care about you being taken care of in a thorough and timely fashion. The ability to check in online also makes it nicer so that if they need copies of stuff, you can do it from your home, car whatever and not have to mess with it once you get there because if your sick, paperwork (although necessary) is the last thing you want to do. My husband and I have gone here and we have taken all of our children ranging in age from 18 to 7. The staff works equally well and patient with adults and children."

"From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly face, Michelle. I was feeling so bad and her kindness helped. It was my first time there so she explained what I needed to fill. I only waited 10 minutes when another friendly face called my name, Katelyn— the nurse. She did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable while assessing her information the doctor would need to provide a diagnosis. She had a delightful sense of humor while obtaining the necessary swab tests. Then 15 minutes later the next friendly face of Dr. Melissa. She explained the results and provided the prescription needed. She was very thorough explaining what was causing my discomfort and how to move forward to feeling better. She patiently answered all my questions. Next Jessica—Lab Technician came in to give me a sheet explaining all test results and information I would need to refer to later. She too was so friendly and helpful. I definitely was on the way to feeling better, especially after being treated so well by all these wonderful ladies! Truly having them there made the difference. I was so thankful for the excellent care they provided on a Sunday morning after I had a horrible/concerning night of coughing/ no sleep!! My husband and I went and purchased doughnuts to bring back to these 5 star medical staff!!"
