"The lady at the front desk was very rude to me. She treated me like I was a child. She treated every caucasian person that she spoke to with the utmost respect. She was not loud with them and she treated them with respect, her voice towards me versus her caucasian peers was very disrespectful and disappointing. She did end up adjusting her attitude when she saw how kind and gentle I spoke. I no longer go to this doctor office but I have never seen this happen before.... they are alway so nice and loving. Maybe she had a bad day towards me and no one else. It totally hurt my feelings because I am always so kind to everyone. Always be kind to people because you may be the only person that has ever been kind to that person. My experience was not joyous at all."

"I am from out of state and had a minor medical emergency as soon as I arrived in Holden Beach. After many searches and finding the Medac near Oak Island/South Port to not properly display day's they would not be open (Father's Day), my dad and I then drove to Wilmington. I have never had such wonderful care. The services at the front desk were superb the girl working handled a huge rush with ease. The nurse was the friendliest and sweetest nurse I've ever met. She explained all instructions with ease for the me the patient to understand. The doctor was absolutely the best PCP I've ever met. She went over my symptoms checked me out thoroughly. Told me to call if I had any issues and even set me up with post care prescriptions. To top off a wonderful visit they called the next day to check on me and see if I was doing okay. My PCP in VA doesn't even take time for this time of quality care. Best urgent care I've ever been to and if anyone were to ever have an issue in Wilmington, and any surrounding areas, I HIGHLY recommend this urgent care above all others. -Holly"
