"Friendly little place, but unfortunately just put up a "no face covers" sign during flu season--big problem for immunocompromised people. No plans to return until the sign goes down, but hoping it's soon!"
"As I walked out and opened my new vape, immediately realized it was defective and not hitting. There was a loose piece in the device so not even potential of bringing in an old one, it was just broken. Walked back in to exchange within a minute and was charged full price for a new one even though I hadn’t even left the storefront. Make sure to test vape in store! To management, was very rudely told well, there is a sign by a female worker on 12/22 around 3:45PM. I’ve been told there’s great customer service here but the female who was there today displayed awful customer service, was extremely rude and due to this, is the last time my family of 8 will ever be back to this store. Please take your business elsewhere where it is appreciated. Would NOT recommend."
