"8 minutes late and your told they won’t see you when you’re 10 minutes late and you have to reschedule. Meanwhile the waiting room is completely empty. This office staff is a joke."

"This is the WORST company for mental health. The company does not care about its patients. They hire desk receptionists who don't care and won't bother to reach out to your therapist if you're in crisis. Their mental health crisis line simply directs you to a nurse, who by default says to go to a hospital emergency room or wait the weeks until your appointment is available. Their therapists care, but as soon as any show promise, they "promote" them to intake only. The company is simply preying on helpless populations in the guise of helping while they rip off medicaid. Seriously, care about yourself enough to find another mental health provider. You deserve better."

"So they contacted me the day before the appointment at 3:45pm and stated they needed information that was faxed over a month ago to them resent because they didn’t have it. If they didn’t get the information they couldn’t proceed with the appointment. I contacted the Physician to re-fax the information however it was to late in the evening and got a voicemail left a message and called repeatedly the next day with just a voicemail (probably out for the holiday). The receptionist wanted to make it seem like it was my fault that they didn’t have this information. Well maybe if I was informed when they called to confirm the appointment I would have had plenty of time to get the information resent. Sounds like some people don’t know how to DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!!! Very dissatisfied with whom ever is responsible for making sure the information is ready for the appointment."

"This is being generous, because Dr. Laura has been trying to be nice of late and fill some big big shoes since Dr. Josh left. He left some big shoes to fill in. He took the time to get to each of his patients on a personal level, and explain things so they understood things on their own way. He made sure referrals were sent out on time, he made sure people felt comfortable. The staff under him felt comfortable and felt good to be there. Now that’s he’s not there the stuff that is there is catty and totally unprofessional, Ms. Lisa is fighting to see her own patients in the office all because she moved away a little farther away. Lily went to school and the office had no issues but when Dr. Josh wanted to go back to school the office had issues with it so he had to quit. This whole company makes so sense. The only way I can see Ms. Lisa is virtually which is not an option given my living situation some people don’t have that option with their living situation, due to thin walls or whatever have you, and y’all don’t give them options for other in person case workers they can see till Ms. Lisa possibly can come back. Which is totally unprofessional, especially mentally unstable people who need to see their case workers to talk out their feelings with someone in a controlled environment. Y’all have opened y’all’s selves up to so many lawsuits I hope y’all realize that. Because of y’all not giving me especially an option for another in person mental health care worker and if I spiral any worse y’all are at fault just you see what happens."
