"I liked the veterinarian and the front desk staff. Only had two visits here as on the second visit I got sent home with two medications for my dog and one of the bottles was empty. The vet tech insists not only did she put the pills in the bottle but she showed them to me. I'm not sure if they thought I was trying to steal dog antibiotics or what but they charged me another $30 to get more and I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get it worked out, including a 10 minute hold time one day. Very frustrating. I would have understood an honest mistake but this doubling down and denial of it makes me worried about what's going on behind the scenes there. We won't be back."
