"Was racially profiled in the store on 1/9/2024 at 11am. My two friends and I (2 Black individuals and one Hispanic) entered the store. We asked questions of products and immediately, the clerk made it a point to make us aware of cameras monitoring us. As we were leaving, she stated “will I see anything missing on my cameras as you leave?” My friend emptied his pockets and placed products on the counter for her viewing. I confronted her about her racially motivated statements, in which she only stated my friend looked suspicious and had suspicious activity. We were uncomfortable with how the clerk emphasized repeatedly how we were being monitored, especially just entering the store."
