"Drove 15 minutes to get a product that was listed on their website as having a couple of the product only to go in and see that the display was the only one they had of said item. When I asked for the box, instructions and spare parts that should come with the item so I could purchase it, I was told that the box had been thrown out and that there would be no additional discount because of it. Needless to say I did not buy the product and we proceeded to leave. I don't know if its just me, but do most of the employees of Tractor Supply (not just this location, but J'ville too) have attitude issues? I think I have had maybe 3 or 4 nice associates in the numerous years I have shopped at Tractor Supply, reason why I rarely do anymore."
"Very disappointing. Website listed the tool I was looking for. Called to make sure it was in stock. Kid on the phone even put me on hold to check and then said they had it in stock. Drive all the way in to town and guess what? They don't even carry it. Claimed the store in Jacksonville had it. Drive there. Nope. Ended up going to Home Depot to get it."
"It's 2023 and I walk into this store, walked the entire store!! Numerous workers, joking and laughing and not a SINGLE person acknowledged me! No I can I hello, can I help you or anything! From the front door, to the garden center, down the Isle (next to workers putting items out) not a word! I've shopped there before and was there to purchase the cute swing/ glider they have. I know it really doesn't matter one way or another to them but I'll spend elsewhere!"
"Everytime my wife and I visit with our four-legged friend, the managers, Wally and Sam, make our visits so pleasant. Their knowledgeable, sweet, funny, and are always actively moving around getting things done. Active problem solvers. They might think their hard work goes unnoticed, but there’s no doubt they’re the hardest workers there. Just true pleasures to interact with. We look forward to our next visit! We love the Richlands Tractor Supply store, ESPECIALLY when compared to the Jacksonville one. The Jacksonville store is often dirty, employees are completely rude and unprofessional, the male manager (forgot his name) is always in the back (we saw him once on the floor after asking to speak to him and we waited nearly 15 minutes). The register employees have complained about him to us on several occasions sharing that he never helps and is always on the computer in the back, doing who knows what, lol!! The store is a mess, items are out of place, but what can we say? Attitude reflects leadership. We’re sure Tractor Supply higher ups don’t read these reviews but at least locals could learn J-ville TSC comes second to the Richlands one."
"I cannot thank the employees and recommend the TSC store in the ‘Lands enuff. I want to send Shout Outs to Saidi on Mon and Sydney today-Wed for personalized care. I brought my human inside coz he knew I needed supplies. I got a new kennel Monday and Saidi along with her coworker got extra large coz I’m gonna be yuge. Saidi helped my human carry it out and placed in the car. Then today-Wed Sydney showed both my human and I the variety of nutritious dog bones and a Nylabone for me to chew on instead of everything else. I also got a new collar. In between, as employees were checking people out at register or stocking shelves, they walked by— so I was pampered and loved by welcoming me into the store. So I want to let all the others who have humans to take us to TSC. Not only do they let us inside, the employees are caring, and will find what us doggy’s need. The employees are so patient—I wish I remembered her name, but one employee at the counter was extra amazing coz she had to put up with my human discussing tomato’s, gardening and spaghetti squash. Sheesh! He talks too much. I felt bad for her."
