"Dr Kirby office and staff are all nice thorough people. The lady in optical was very rude even another patient getting glasses said her attitude was uncalled for. Everytime I went to speak she just kept cutting me off saying I need a copy of your card. Rudeness is what's wrong with this world. I took my prescription and ordered somewhere else"

"Dr. Kirby gets 5 stars... he is amazing especially with my kids. The staff was friendly and they moved rather quickly. The reason for the 3 star is because of the quality of the glasses that were purchased here. About 1 year ago my family ordered 7 pairs of glasses and out of those, 6 of them have broke. I called and asked them about if they had any warranty and they were not too eagered to help. I have pairs of glasses from zenni optical that are 13 years old that I still use to this day. So this is a great place to go for eye exams, but I wont be returning to purchase glasses here."

"They just stand around not getting people checked out. Wait time is horrible takes hours just get checked in"

"I am very appreciative of the efforts of this office. My own regular office was closed for two weeks, and when I initially called, the lady answering the phone said that they didn't normally repair other shops product, but that I could come up and they would see. When I arrived, a very pleasant gentleman took my glasses, replaced the nose pads on both sides, and generally made my day much better. Thanks."
