"I brought my father in law in for cataract surgery and I was disgusted by the smell from the bathroom. The bathroom was nasty and had trash in the floor and what looked to be urine on the floor between the toilet and sink. Absolutely horrible for a Dr office."

"I had an overall negative experience with this practice. While Dr Googe seemed knowledgeable and very competent, he was disrespectful and rude when I had a problem after having a shot in my eye. The practice also encouraged using other doctors within the practice when Dr Googe was in surgery or in another city. I tried this twice, once I was charged as if it was an initial appointment when I had already had an initial appointment (cost over $2,000) and the second time was after the negative reaction to the shot. I was charged over $200 for having a different doctor follow up. I brought this to their attention and they said they couldn't do anything about it because it was a different doctor. I talked to their billing about this and they said a manager would call me (Christy or Kristi) but she never did. I would not recommend this practice to a friend."
