"Waited hours to be tested for Covid and 4 cars ahead of us at 10am an at 11:30am we are 3rd in line for a test thats 15 mins that woman walked herself to death and still the test was the last thing she did why. She is unorganized and unprepared.... Whiteville office.. she skipped us 3 times before getting to us because we had 2adults and 2 kids. We waited for hours like everyone else. It's one thing after the other with this woman. Then kids got to do there own paperwork I'm there mother there 12 an 15. Then she accused my daughter of recording her and she is playing a game. Idk maybe she nervous but come on now. Unprofessional to accuse someone of something and a child at that. She could have asked me to check not tell her to show her but I showed her she was on a game. Now can we please get tested it's 1:02pm. Now we worried she did something to our test."

I have been thru 4 different doctors since Dr. Gerald and they all have been very kind to me and my health needs. Including the receptionist and entire staffs. Thanks and keep up the great work."

"I will not be going back here. I went in on 4/23 to discuss some health issues. I had a fever, sore throat to the point I hadn’t ate in 3 days. I proceeded to check in after they told me they could see me I paid upfront and within 5 min was in the back. They did Not do a Covid test, Nor a strep test. The nurse came in and took some info and then Shortly afterwards the doctor came in and she was a young Caucasian female she didn’t do any test other than looked in the back of my throat and says “I’m not gonna test you for Strep you don’t have it” but now if you get worse come back” ok well here it is 4/25 I had gotten so bad that I came to Wilmington ER they ran several test guess what I have .... A severe case of Strep!!! I will not be going anymore to Whiteville for medical needs if I can help it. It’s reasons like this that all my kids are seen in Wilmington and I question myself why we ever moved to this place!"
