"I absolutely think this facility is great. In the two months that I have been affiliated here, I have had things addressed rather than band-aided. To be heard is awesome."
"I went in to Goshen on 12/06/2023 bc my hands an feet were tingling and I’m struggling financially the doctor asked questions yes I said I have had depression an suicidal thoughts 2 months ago just being honest he gets up calls the police and tries to get me committed an the hospital an the don’t even do that at Kenansville hospital anymore my wife said that she is my primary caregiver and she doesn’t want me to be committed and they went on an on about having my committed so we get up an walk out they went an made things worse an went to magistrate office to have me serve to be committed so I ended up going to hospital and they put me in a chair and said this is all nonsense and I was heading home 30 minutes later with everybody in the hospital that saw me saying that Lynn Kennedy an Michael Futrell went to far instead of helping someone they wanted to get someone’s future screwed up I wouldn’t trust them with a dog because they would kill it instead of heaping it an I wouldn’t give them a star if this thing didn’t make me"
"Like Theresa and nurses"
"7 years of going to Teresa Holland my Primary Doctor told me she couldn't see me because she had 70 patients a day for covid testing she was booked up for 2 weeks I made a appointment to the specialist because of nerve pain in my neck and she told me to go see the specialist and come back to her after I seen the specialist like what do I suppose to do while I wait well Andre you gotta bare with the pain can someone tell where the love of your primary Dr's these days"
"Good afternoon, Loretta: I just wanted to personally share my experience I shared with you on the phone the other day as I feel it should not go without mention before it is shared with others. I recently moved down here to North Carolina from Virginia. I have been a Virginia resident my entire life, and moving to a new state can be overwhelming. Luckily, I have family in the area as this is where my mother's side of the family is originally from! My cousin, Ms.Waller who I am very close with, personally and highly recommended Goshen Medical Center when I asked if she had any doctor's she thought were a nice office for my family to switch to as we are new to the area. Much to my surprise, the response I received on the phone from you after reading my medical file was not only rude - but extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. As a site leader for your office, I am extremely upset at your response that indicated I was doctor shopping or whatever the terminology may be because you read that I have prescriptions for PTSD, and severe anxiety, after a domestic violence incident I am still overcoming to this day. I can't believe my cousin would trust and respect a facility that treats new patients like drug addicts after passing judgement reading their medical files. I Absolutely do NOT recommend Dr. Holland nor anyone at this office. I find it interesting after days of waiting for a response about being accepted as a new patient your only answer to me was "Dr. Holland doesn't prescribe pain medication, benzos, nor narcotics" as if that were my ONLY reason for contacting your office. Was this response warranted on your own accord, or was this a message relayed from you directly from Dr. Holland or the nurse practitioner Carie Brown? I want to make sure my formal complaint is addressed to the proper party. Thanks so much! Alicia F."
