"I called on a Friday Morning to get my 83 yo Father's medicine filled. He didn't have any for the weekend and I explained this to his nurse when I left the message. She did not call in the prescription. She did call me back. She basically didn't care what my 83 yo father's needs were. He has been a patient of Dr. West's for as long as he has bewn practicing medicine and she cared so little about his health. Shame on HER!"
