"Awesome Facility. Clean Facility, Restrooms are to perfection ,smells really good. The patient room clean to perfection. The ladies to the front desk are really nice. And my doctor Dr Jackson is really nice,very thorough. The lady in Lab is perfected in getting blood samples. She did magnificent! The nurse is new there,she is really nice. Love the atmosphere."

"Had horrible stomach pain and severe bloating. Was given pain medication each of the 3 times I went in for the same issue that was getting worse. THEN I broke my ankle and tore a ligament in my ankle. The Dr told me to come back in 3 weeks for an xray to see if it's worth putting a cast on. Didn't even try to look at the ligaments. He touched briefly with his hands and said it was fine. Cuz you know, he has xray vision like superman and knows exactly why I have a bulge in the center of my upper stomach and broken bones don't need a cast right away. Just walk on it when wrapped with air bandages and you're good to go. They don't run tests that you ask for either claiming that they need to "check with insurance". Insurance doesn't even cover anything. I have bills for stuff that should be covered by my ins plan. They always put my .education in to the pharmacy days to weeks later than the date on the bottle (and I've had very big gaps in timing my meds due to their negligence. They even gave me the wrong prescription and wrong dosage multiple times!) And don't get me started on the building. It's falling apart, practically. So outdated and unclean that I don't want to sit at all I side this place."

"I took a relative to an appointment, at the North Main Street, location.I couldn't believe the condition of some the chairs in the patient waiting area. How do they clean vinyl chairs that are ripped and torn? First Impressions...Did the MUSC Management Staff look at this before they put that shiney new sign out in front of that office. Patients deserve better."

"I have changed from this service, because all my doctors kept leaving and Dr. Heck treated me horribly. I had seen her three times in fairly quick sucession. She said this was my third encounter with her and I needed to decide what I wanted to do. I was too sick to deal with her rude uncaring attitude. I went to another doctor and found out I had a stomach bacterial infection. I also had other disabling health problems. I had been going there for 25 years. I needed a TB screen test and they said it would be over $200. I went to Doctors Care and they charged me $30. Had to move on! It was good while it lasted.Dr Heck acted disgusted when I mentioned getting disability's, but I have won my case even though she was unwilling to accept I have long term dibilitating problems. My next doctor said why wait to apply? So I didn't and I am doing much better with my new health care team."

"I am a patient of Dr. Heck and she is the best Primary Care Physician. She has compassion for things that I'm going through even if it's not directly connected to my illness. I liked her from day one because she greeted me with a smile and asked all the right questions as well as listened to my concerns. I don't feel like just another number as I have when visiting other doctors in the past but rather one of her patients who she cares about providing tbe best possible care plan. The staff at Marion Medical Group is very friendly and helpful. It's never a long wait time to see the doctor. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great primary care physician."
