"This has got to be the worst CVS in the country. Don’t bother calling the pharmacy, they never answer! I have waited 2-3 days for prescriptions because they had a truck deliver supplies and medications and they haven’t put them up yet. In what world do you tell a customer we can’t give you medicine because we haven’t put anything away? Either get more staff or stop taking on so many customers. The middle age lady with the short hair is an absolute nightmare and rude isn’t even the word. Stood in line today for over an hour with a fever waiting on a single generic medication that they had had for over an hour. Save your time, pick another pharmacy that values their customers and their jobs."

"they never answer the phones. & I mean never. I’ve waited in line while calling and have listened to 5+ calls on their line during slower hours. The app? Just as much of a joke. I requested a refill and haven’t heard a word. The only way you’re getting your medication here is if you want to take your happy tail there every single time. It’s awful."

"Minute clinic on Rockfish should be called hours clinic. Slow slow slow is an understatement. Hospitals don’t require masks - but this backwards, slow, unorganized hot mess does? But - you have to buy them at the CVS and the cheapest masks are $10. Save you time (lots of time), your money and your patience. Fire you staff and start again with qualified, educated and professional employees.Worst place to go - won’t be back and after the total experience I won’t even shop there anymore.I now OFFICIALLY HATE CVS"

"CVS on Cliffdale sucks. This lady asked me to leave and come back later just so she could go to lunch. The pharmacist wouldn’t even say more than 3 words and gave me the wrong prescription. Luckily i found out before i walked out. Once i turned around in the store, they had already turned out the lights. This was 1:15 pm. Sign said they took lunch from 1:30-2 pm. Horrible experience. Later i tried to call, held on to the phone for like 15 min. No answer. Called like 3 times."

"Dear CVS - please examine what has happened to the pharmacy at this location. Either their staff or processes are inadequate, or possibly both. Dropped off a prescription to filled, waited 8.5 hours and then went to pick it up. After waiting in line another 20 minutes was informed "your Rx isn't ready, but it's easy to fill so I can do it while you wait". What is going on at this Pharmacy?"
