"Got to the CVS pharmacy prior to 1:30p.m. Due to the staff fumbling through customers the time went beyond 1:30p.m. when they close for lunch. When I asked why specific customers received such "tailored care" which took additional time I was told, "because they were here before 1:30 p.m.". I was also there before 1:30p.m. but received no service and was reminded that their staff must have lunch which was "required by law". Everyone in the known workforce knows lunchtime is required but good customer service would have finished the line. There was one employee that suggested that but they were outvoted. Actions such as this keep this pharmacy with poor reviews. Cheer up CVS staff at least you have a job! Thank you to the lady who tried to do the right thing! Sorry to the lady who did the wrong thing. I hope things get better for you."
"Definitely want to recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants a dehumanizing, frustrating, infuriating experience to go with whatever misfortune prompted your doc to write you a prescription. The staff at this pharmacy is so rude, you get the impression that you’re ruining their day just by existing. Forget “hello,” “how are you?,” “how can I help you?,” “Have a nice day,” etc. The staff lacks BASIC manners. They don’t smile, they rarely make eye contact, and they seem bothered by the fact that they’re expected to work at all. As a customer, the way they look at you with contempt and annoyance when you ask any questions makes you feel like you’re an inmate asking the cafeteria staff for their gluten-free menu. I asked if they could make sure that a certain ingredient wasn’t in my medication. The pharmacist (not sure, based on how much she didn’t know, that she was actually a pharmacist) walked off to find a coworker who could check the ingredients list. I also asked a simple question about how much ibuprofen and acetaminophen I could take per day. She didn’t know the answer to that either, so she went back to the same coworker. He took a really long time to find the ingredients list. I waited for 10-15 minutes. If I had known it would be such a long wait, I’d have googled it while I had the name of the medication in front of me and had the answer in less than a minute. She eventually told me to go stand in front of the “consultation” counter, where no one could see me. A couple of other staff members demanded to know why I was standing there, so I had to explain each time. In the end, the pharmacist (??) gave me an answer. But she was mistaken about the ingredient that I asked for. I let her know. She went back to the coworker and returned with a “It doesn’t have that either.” I was told to pick it up in a hour (note: this was just amoxicillin), so I set a timer on my phone. By the time I returned, about an hour and twenty minutes had passed. I went to the pickup area and was told that it wasn’t ready and that it could be another 40 minutes. I told them that I’d have to come get it another day then. I walked away. I was still in the store 10 minutes later when I heard my last name over the speaker. I have a very common last name, but I decided to check just in case. I went back to the pharmacy and asked whether my name was announced. The staff members that I’d spoken to just shrugged and said maybe. I told them my first name and asked them to check, and they said only the guy I’d spoken to earlier (the one who said it could be 40 more minutes) had the list of names and could tell me if my prescription was ready. He had a line, but he also clearly saw that I was back and knew why. But he ignored me and let me wait in line just to find out whether it was me that had been called up or another person with my (very common) last name. The staff members kept talking to each other, ignoring customers. If you ask them a question, you can expect them to walk away without explanation, leaving you unsure as to whether they are looking for an answer or just got distracted and decided to devote themselves to a different task. The level of communication there is abysmal. Put this place on your to-go list if you’ve already been to the DMV, employment office waiting room, or a busy post office, and you found that they weren’t sufficiently miserable and depressing. Bonuses: 1) While I was here, the only CVS cashier on duty had to fake-call the cops because the store was being robbed by shoplifters right before his eyes. 2) In the parking lot, a junkie hit me up for cash (which I didn’t have), asked me to call his dad on speaker phone, and when I reluctantly agreed, the conversation made it apparent that the person on the other line was actually a drug dealer. Avoid this place at all costs!"
"The worst pharmacy experience I ever had. Most of the staff are rude and attitude. Especially the one in the pictures. She told me my Rx not ready for an hour when it’s ready! It’s waste a lot of my time! Please try to avoid this pharmacy! Message to the manager:” if your staffs got attitude and rude like this and they still work here you are not good at your job!”"
"By far the WORST CVS in history! Every single person working in the pharmacy has the nastiest attitudes and acts as if the customers are a complete inconvenience to them. Nevermind trying to reach them via phone, they literally never answer & when they do they pick up the phone & legit will hang it up. (Happened to me 3xs in a row last week) and when I finally reached someone I asked why I have been purposely hung up on she replies" what can I help you with" all snobby as if I asked to be hung on up on. Then today I return back to the pharmacy because the prescription they gave me the day before was different this time from the medicine Ive normally been taking and ordering from them for the last few months. After being ignored while standing in line, the guy behind me goes up and asks them to help us because clearly we have been standing here and noone has acknowledged us and they clearly see its two seperate long lines of people waiting to be serviced..so I tell her this is not the medicine ive been ordering the last few months and she says ..you have to tell us specifically what medicine you want with every refill.and I tell her ive never had to call in and specifically say the medicine I want, they refill the same prescription every month so why would I need to call in and say the name of it specifically THIS month, when they have been refilling it the same as always and nothing has changed...she then proceeds to say "welllllll" with the nastiest attitude, and that the new medicine is different but same ingredients. Never the less EVEN if its the generic version you should atleast inform me or even ask if im okay with getting that, especially since its not the one I normally get filled. Customer courtesy right? No they dont have that at all. She then says "you can get in another line and get a refund, and then I can see if I even have that in stock" real snappy..Which she goes to look and guess what? They dont have it!!!!..which is exactly why they give me a completely different medicine this time...but again they never let me know that, they just refilled what they wanted and gave it to me without ever telling me they dont have it, they need to order it or pick it up at a diff cvs, they just handed me the another verison of my medicine. With over 7 people in line not one single person had a urgency to help anyone. It was 10:03 before they even actually opened, then moved like they had molasses up their tails. They literally treat customers like a bother and it was my absolute last time ever going to that location. I filed a complaint through their corporate as well because how dare you treat your customers so vile! If yall dont want to be at work that day, call out..but please stop treating the customers of Fayetteville like this. Every person in line talked about how they have been treated the same way by the pharmacy here which is ABSURD especially since they are basically the main CVS in fayetteville and see the most people. The guy who works at the front (I believe the supervisor) is always so welcoming and friendly, MAYBE he can train the pharmacy on how to better assist people and how to talk and treat people especially since the people that walk through the doors of the pharmacy are in need. I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady that was extremely rude to me but she is not the only rude person working in pharmacy. Its every last one of them and they know it. Pharmacy department do better or stop working in customer service if you dont want to service the public because incase each of you forgot without the needs of paying people yall wouldnt get a paycheck. Re evaluate how to treat and talk to people because one of these days yall will get this same treatment back."
"I thought by coming inside would be better but it was even worse. No matter what time of day you are coming to pick up your prescription from this CVS they are always understaffed, they don’t fill your prescriptions unless you come by the window or inside to show them you need one filled by this location. That means they are not paying attention to their orders as they come through to their system. This location is horrible horrible! Customer service, and being knowledgeable."
