"This pharmacy needs a lot of improvements. I was told my prescriptions would be ready by 4pm.. I arrived at 4;30. Not ready. Come back in an hour. Still not ready. Came back a third time. Jon the technician was very apologetic and nice. They need more staff."
"If you’re told your medication will be ready in an hour expect it to be ready by 1-2 business days. This happens every single time we send prescriptions to this location."
"I wish i could give 0 starts. This is the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. They tell whatever you wanna hear. Well every one except Brian I think is his name. He is a pharmacist and he is awesome. But the company in general is sorry liars."
"I think I must have gotten a trainee. I have insurance but had to pay for my prescription because he said he didn't know how to input the info. The wait was long. If I hadn't gone back to the pharmacy to check, I wouldn't have gotten my heart medication until the next day."
"Went in today to pick up a prescription that I had transferred specifically to this location twenty minutes each way to save money through GoodRX. The lady I initially spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful and made a note I would be providing a coupon when I picked up so they wouldn't waste time trying to run insurance. I go in today only for the people "helping" me, and I use that VERY loosely, to refuse to look at the coupons I have through the GoodRX app on my phone because they supposedly ran a coupon already for me before I arrived. My calculated total should have been around $35 dollars so when the tech told me $60, my jaw dropped. I was caught so off guard in that moment, needing my prescriptions, I just paid. I should have absolutely walked away. I highly suggest that is what you do if they do this to you. Contact GoodRX immediately! According to the customer service rep who assisted me on their end, any pharmacy charging you anything over $2-$3 what the GRX coupon says is going against their policy and can get in trouble for this. Once I walked back to my car, I calmed down and called the GoodRX customer service line. According to the lady who helped me, what they did was completely against the rules. She could even see in their system that this pharmacy location HAD NOT filed ANY claims with the coupons I had tried to provide to the tech for the medication or under my name. She said the pharmacist even got into a fight with her over the phone, refusing any further help, or to refund me. All because they claim they looked at the information I tried to provide them when they did not. But she had confirmed that I absolutely should have paid the lower price for these two prescriptions. You can imagine how livid that made me since I honestly just felt like they were trying to get me out of the line, didn't really allow me to ask any questions or anything of that nature. After yet another moment of collecting myself in the car, I went in and headed to customer service to ask to speak to someone. The lady who helped me there even admitted to knowing how bad the pharmacy has been doing as of late due to the large amount of customer complaints. That's crazy. The manager who came out to speak to me, I believe his name was Terry, seemed like he couldn't have cared less about the information I shared with him, saying, "Well, the pharmacist is usually really good at what he does." I had to ask him to take my information before I left even though he assured me "He'd get someone to take care of it." How in the world were they going to contact me, sir? I suspect I won't be getting a call from them at all. I will more than likely be reaching out to corporate over this. So, as it stands, this pharmacy essentially stole $30 from me, refused to answer any of my questions or provide any help, and the pharmacist blamed it all on me for not providing a discount coupon when his pharmacy techs wouldn't even take a minute to look at what I was trying to show them. I highly doubt I'll be seeing that $30 back which is a shame when you're on a budget. It looks like I wasn't the only one this has happened to recently either."
