"Be a good place to hire someone who will answer phone!!!!! Can’t make an appointment if the front office just sits there and ignores phone ringing and no they aren’t that busy"

"My appt was at 3:00 they took me in the room and I sat there and waited until 5:30. They forgot I was there and closed the whole building and there was 2 ppl left the doctor and a nurse. I told them I was not leaving until they checked me out. The doc asked Wht I was allergic to then proceeded to prescribe to me the meds I was allergic to. If the guy at my pharmacy wouldn’t have told me I would have came home and taken it and only god knows what would have happened to me. Both me and the pharmacy have been trying to get up with them for days so that they can fix the prescription but they won’t answer for anyone. If I have to go up there they will not like me"

"I waited weeks for an appointment. My appointment was about 2 months ago. At the appointment the doctor said I would be getting a call from someone asap to schedule a Brain MRI.... well the weeks keep going by with no contact. And Noone from the office has called me. My issues are severe with the possibility of a tumor or sinus bacteria in my brain causing issues. We need to rule these things out. I live in a different city so if someone from the office sees this please call me asap"

"When I took my 14 year old, everything was wonderful!! I have now been trying to contact them for a referral on my 13 year old and this is the third week in a row that I can’t get through on the phone!! This is very inconvenient when you live at least 30 minutes away…… so now I have to waste over an hour of time (mostly driving) to get him an appointment. The phone number listed says “welcome to Verizon wireless” and every once in a while it just ring and ring and ring some more!!!! This is ridiculous!! Update: After driving to the office, I walked in while calling the number and found about 4 girls behind the desk chatting while the phone was just ringing and ringing… I didn’t ask for an appointment that day because I was so angry!! So today, I finally get someone to answer the phone and then I’m out on hold for 11 minutes…. When the lady (Candy) finally picked up, she informs me that they are trying to do 10 things at one time and they do answer the phone as it rings!! I got the appointment scheduled however I will be contacting my child’s primary doctor to find a different ENT. I would rather drive an hour away to a bigger city with more traffic than have to deal with people who show no respect at all and act like my child’s needs aren’t important!!"

"Worst Experience EVER....I was referred by my regular doctor, however,the day of my appointment I leave my job (STATE JOB) and was refused to be seen because my insurance card had the wrong group number, how was i suppose to know that. The receptionist a (HISPANIC) very nasty attitude wouldn't call to verify that I had insurance after I asked several times, she ignored me. I was told to reschedule which I will never be seen there and will NEVER refer anyone.You all need to teach customer service skills."
