"They don't let humans go back to exam room with their furbabies. The vet cancels appointments at the last minute. Some of the front desk staff have the worst attitude. Overall, only good for the first year of the puppy's life to help spread the cost of vaccines and spade/neuter."
"I'm giving it a 3-star rating mainly because the vet assistant was exceptionally helpful and professional. However, my experience was marred by the extreme rudeness of the front desk employee, Harmony. It was my first visit to the Ballantyne, Charlotte location, and I've never encountered such unprofessionalism before. I even felt compelled to express my concern about my dog's safety while under her care. I acknowledge that businesses are dealing with staffing issues, but it doesn't justify mistreating customers to this extent."
"The staff were very nice ans understanding. However, very expensive. I paid $31 for a $5 rabies shot even though my dog had been vaccinated prior but I did not have the tag with me so had to."
"This Banfield location is by far the best in the area. The staff is attentive and always willing to help; they've been the first location to want to figure out what is wrong with my dog instead of just filling prescriptions over and over again. The front desk staff is the friendliest group and never put me on hold for longer than a minute, can't say enough good things about this location!"
"Not happy with their service. They constantly push their monthly plans on you. They made my dog very sick! I have all the bills of his initial visit and his subsequent visit as proof! It’s funny how the tech pushed all these vaccines on me and when I returned with a sick dog she actually said that “‘maybe four vaccines was too much” yeah, I’m never going there again! Good news is I found a vet that actually puts the health and well being of their patients ahead of profits and monthly plans!"
