"This is my 1st choice CVS! The manager was gracious to meet me on a Saturday morning to inflate balloons for our event. The customer service member assisting was amazing also! They truly felt like family."
"I constantly have problems with the pharmacy at this CVS and them trying to act as if they are the doctor that I see monthly. They try to use the corporate name to justify their personal mistakes to their customers. When asking the pharmacist and people in the pharmacy for a supervisor the supervisor don't have a name there is no number for the boss that would correct the employees. Simple as that LOL really seems that someone's trying to cover their tail after bullying customers. I have a hard time believing that their policies are so opposite from day-to-day much less other pharmacies. The reason for my assumption is the policy changes depending on the person on the phone"
"I usually have excellent service here. Today there was a very seems to be upset irritated lady at the register. Who informed me that it's my fault that the pharmacy cannot communicate with my insurance as always. Complete an utter uselessness in customer service. Really displeased thinking about changing pharmacies due to the gross neglect of the customer before me and what I witness after me. It's a shame people take out frustrations on the public at work"
"I should NOT have to call and beg to have prescriptions filled. If my doctor sent them to you, then you fill them. I should not have to call and say "hey can yall fill my prescriptions?" I am usually without phone signal during the day and don't have time to call. When you get it, don't make me call to have it filled. I've already done that part at my doctor. Im switching pharmacies today because I have had enough."
