"Dr. Diaz. She is only there to pull money from people. She will only provide you with 2-3 months of COMMON meds and make you come back in every 2-3 months to provide further Rx. She illegally filed incorrect reasons for my visit to the insurance company. I have filed a complaint against her. I would NEVER recommend this doctor or this facility- because clearly they have allowed this behavior to continue. Save yourself the time and trouble!"

"Worst company ever, wait time is ridiculous. There was no nursing staff only newbies who had no idea what they were doing. And front desk staff laughed the entire time while a line was forming. I’m not recommending this clinic to no one for medical purposes. The only good thing was the pharmacy. I will be going to quick care clinic in Elizabethtown."

"Grateful for the pharmacist that squeeze me in due to desperate need of thyroid medicine. Frustrated because I had to come back after being seen Tuesday to pick up my medication at the pharmacy which is the preferred for discounted rates and the girl hellberg mention only thing she mentions or question was what pharmacy do you use. Now the pharmacist was very polite and friendly and took her time. At that time it was mentioned and order was put in to check my Coumadin because I was going from generic to brand, so I checked in at the front desk no she never mentioned there were other orders. So 4 valve a blood is drawn and told to go check out where I get the shock of my life that I owe $70 for lab work! The original visit it was mentioned lab is seven or eight dollars not each order!!! The front desk receptionist the little Spanish whatever she is told me I should have asked, which really set me off!! Common sense is to tell me I have 7 orders sitting in there is not one especially when I said I was told I need to get my Coumadin check!!!! Then the receptionist smart remark was it would have cost me $ $300 the whole point is to get and that's not what you tell someone who's financially in a bind... this is one of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with!!! Don't get me wrong I am beyond grateful for the discount medication but the it is your fault attitude pisses me off!!!!!!!!"

"Doctor smith and commwell health literally saved my life. They are a little understaffed, but are a great bunch of people. Extremely helpful and friendly. It feels like your family is watching over you. Sometimes you have to wait a bit because they are short handed, but well worth it. The ladies at the front desk are outstanding, same as the two ladies at the pharmacy who go above and beyond, and doctor Smith with whom i am forever greatful.. i used to live 10 minutes from the office, Now i live 2 hours away and still use them. Call me crazy if you like, but i have never met a better medical staff in my life, and i will continue to make that 2 hour one way 4 hour round trip because they are worth the ride andf the wait. SEE FOR YOURSELF."

"Wait times are ridiculous. Dr. Smith is cold, rude and uncaring. I can't believe they scheduled a doctor for a woman's health issue when he doesn't care to have anything to do with women's health issues. My daughter left the office in tears due to that unprofessional idiot. The manager that she spoke with after didn't make her feel any better. Shame on all of you. No woman should have to go through what she did."
