About the Business
Melting Pot Social was a unique food establishment located at 74 Patton Avenue in Asheville, North Carolina. Unfortunately, as of Sunday, March 31, 2024, the restaurant has closed its doors indefinitely. The first-of-its-kind location opened during the height of the pandemic but was unable to sustain operations due to economic market conditions not returning to pre-pandemic levels. Despite this, Melting Pot Social was proud to have served the Asheville community for over 2 and a half years. Thank you for your support during our time in business.

"first time here and even though the menus were a little confusing (to us anyhow) we really enjoyed it. The chicken & waffle, Mac and cheese appetizer and caprese sandwich were all delicious and the chocolate fondue dessert was fun."
"The experience was great. The vibes were great. Jack the bartender made excellent drinks! AJ the cook made a great burger! I will definitely go back to visit. But, when you do go visit, ask for AJ to make your food! He's the best!"
"Everything was delicious! We had the cheese fondue and we loved the potatoes and pretzel bread that came with it (it also included cherry tomatoes and broccoli). The herb chicken (extra $2.50) was wonderful, but difficult to eat because it’s a big piece. The chocolate fondue was amazing! Great dippers (like the cake), we added the churros and they were so good! Our waitress was really sweet and we had an overall great experience."
"Was above and beyond between the wonderful staff, atmosphere and yummy food. Bella was our server and was phenomenal at telling us about the different fondues. I’m so sad I was too full to try a dessert. But next time I’m back that way I’m definitely going back! Tho I will say the ribs were more of a tang for my pallet. Still this place is awesome."
