"I had a real good experience when I went here they were very nice calm me down when I was scared and very easy to talk to and I will be going back"
"Very very rude! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! I've been at this office for my 1st and 2nd baby and now I'm back for my 3rd baby and it has honestly downgraded! The staff is rude as hell. Went to confirm my pregnancy and to begin prenatal care, I informed them that I was having a lot of cramps and bleeding and the doctor said it was normal. She then calls me 2 days later while I'm at work and asks me to go in now to get an ultrasound. I was so terrified that I rushed and drove an hour to get there when I get there she tells me that I'm bleeding around my placenta and "It'll go away" She'll call in some prenatal vitamins, I go to my pharmacy and they said all they have are IRON PILLS!! I just called them to get my prenatal vitamins called in and they said "You can buy them over the counter"! I am switching offices!!"
"I literally feel like Dr. Mulroy saved my life. Quality of life prior to surgery was poor. Some new challenges were found during the procedure, she handled them with care. I healed wonderfully! It has been almost a year now and I am so thankful for the quality of service and her sincere compassion ❤️"
"I completely agree about the rude staff. 2 of the 3 visits I've taken my daughter for I've encountered staff members who aren't patient friendly. The first time it was the one who drew blood from my daughter. Today it was the one at the front counter who informed me that, after driving 40 minutes to get there, we had to have a mask (I'm aware it's on the door) and they didn't have any to give us (which I assumed they would because the usually do). There was no "I'm sorry but..."...she was rude in the way she said it. And if I hadn't asked to reschedule she was just going to let us leave and that was gonna be that. Where do yall find these unprofessional people? I'd switch obgyn but there's not a female one closer to us and my daughter insists on having a female one. Hers (ms locklear) is very nice but her staff definitely missed their opportunity to work at mcdonalds with those nasty attitudes."
"I love this office. They are super nice and helpful. I had an appointment for my two weeks post pregnancy. I had my new born baby with me and he needed to be feed the doctor and providers where so nice to give me a room to myself so I could breastfeed my son and they even bought in water for me to have. I am so happy the way I was treated and I recommend this place to anyone who is pregnant. Thank you to the workers who made me and my son feel welcomed."
