"Horrible treatment of patients by front staff it's already humiliating having to admit to a drug issue and kicking someone while they are down isn't helpful. Speaking to patients as if they're garbage and less than defeats the purpose of the clinics mission. Try hiring staff that actually cares about humans and not just collecting a paycheck. For those patients a little sympathy and kindness can mean the difference between life and death"
