"Ensure customers prescriptions are filled quickly. My doctor sent my prescriptions to the CVS pharmacy at 9915 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC on Thursday, July 27. When I went to pick up my prescriptions I was told they were not ready. The employee told me they are running two weeks behind in filling prescriptions. In addition, I called this pharmacy on two different occasions. On the first call I waited 40 minutes for someone to speak to me. On the second occasion I waited 20 minutes for someone to speak to me. Neither of those times was I able to speak to someone in this CVS pharmacy."
"Train the people working in the pharmacy better. One of the girls who rings up the prescriptions is clueless. I asked for several Rxs to be charged through my Good Rx card because I knew they were cheaper. After waiting 20 Minutes I was told that they were higher through Good Rx. The Pharmacist flat out lied to me! I spent $10.24 more on my prescriptions than I needed to and while it may not sound like much it is a big deal to someone on a fixed income!"
"4th time this year I've received a call to pick up medications that aren't ready. The pharmacist thought it was funny this time. Have called corporate each time and no change. Incompetent people should not work around medications. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere after my doctors office figures out the mess this CVS location has caused with them. Don't waste your time here."
