"Worst hospitality ever!!! The lady at the pharmacy was too rude without any reason. I just asked her to repeat her words rather she gave an eye-roll and didn’t even bother to say what I was asking for the second time."

"I stopped at this Walgreens to purchase a SalonPas patch which lists for $7.49. On the shelf the price was shown as $10.49, but with a "coupon" it is $7.49. As it turned out, you can only get the retail price of $7.49 IF you have a Walgreens card. What a terrible way to do business. I left and made the purchase for $7.49 at the nearby Harris Teeter pharmacy. I'll not be going back to Walgreens."

"I came to this location with the expectation of using curbside and I did not receive such service. I ordered my stuff and did the sign in to let them know I was "on my way" and then I arrived I parked in the Curbside space and checked in. After 10 minutes went by, I went in the store and was treated very rudely when I asked is curbside not being serviced today. The cashier then proceeded to see my order, I showed it to her and then she says what's the name. Like chick you could have just asked me for my name, u can clearly see the order number but yet no apology for the inconvenience or anything. So if you order anything be prepared to go in and get it yourself. I work from home and I use curbside so I pull up get my stuff and get back home in a timely manner. This was ridiculous."

"I really hate that the team working in the pharmacy today made me feel so stupid. I insisted that my rx had been sent over and I knew that I hadn't picked it up. Instead of actually taking the time to look, they just rushed me off of the phone insisting that I was wrong. I was able to pull up my walgreens email notifications to PROVE that I wasn't going crazy and that they DID have the rx. After I provided the information, and they looked, instead of apologizing, they just placed blame elsewhere. Not ok. What's worse, they said it was a duplicate, when it wasn't. The rx was sent 1 before my dental appt, and then one after to have for my next appt. Absolutely no accountability and that makes me really angry and really sad. We're people too, and deserve to be treated with some dignity and respect, EVEN when they're wrong."

"I waited at the window for 20 minutes. No one else in line outside or inside. Could see the pharmacy techs chatting and laughing with each other. And good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Like if you don’t want to be there, get a job elsewhere? You’re dealing with peoples medications. It’s unprofessional and not okay."
