"They told me they open back up at 3 p.m I stood outside for 15 mins for them to tell me they were about to go on lunch break and to come back at 4:30. Higly unprofessional"

"If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! This clinic is terrible, they do not care about you or your health. Staff and physicians are so unprofessional. I do not recommend this clinic at all."

"Dont come here!!! Run they will get you killed. Called as my moms primary doctor is here. Shes been dealing with high blood pressure (something that can cause someone to pass away) im on the phone with the nurse. I hear some silence and a few moments later I hear them put the phone down and the call is dropped. I heard the thunk. At 12:01. I call back immeadiately, and I get "we are out of the office right now for lunch, please call back after 1pm" or speak to the call center. Whom of course couldnt do anything because they can only take in bound calls since they arent even apart of the office."

"This place needs an actual doctor who is knowledgeable. The NP I saw on my last visit even claimed “raw pork could never contain parasites” and “you can’t get parasites from dogs”. Both statements being far from the truth. If you’re not well informed on parasitic infections, just say so. Also, she wouldn’t even write a referral to a gastroenterologist, claiming she couldn’t. I’ve had referrals written by the same facility before, what an awful excuse for a medical professional."

"I have been calling for four days trying schedule an appointment. Greeting then places you on hold to a second and says mailbox is full. And keeps cycling you through the same thing. I called their corporate headquarters for help. They were extremely nice but all they could do was send them an email with my information. No one called me back!"
