"You would think employees at a pharmacy would care about people - they don't make eye contact, they don't want to help you, and they re-adjust their tattered masks whenever a customer walks up. Rude and I will never set foot in another Walgreens period."

"I was having problems finding some items and noticed a worker stocking some shelves nearby. I asked if she could help me, she was cheerful and said she’d be more then happy to help. She showed me right where I needed to go and helped me pick what I needed. When I got to the counter to check out the price didn’t come up right, the manager happily came over and fixed it for me. She was extremely friendly!"

"The staff here is so friendly and always working so hard to keep their customers happy and adhereant to their medications. Best pharmacy in Rock Hill by far. They get a little busy at times but that's because everyone loves them so much and tis the season for shots. Great job guys."

"The most incompetent employee assisted me today... my total was $17.14 before receiving $1.00 off an item with a digitalcoupon. I also had a coupon for $10 off my next purchase but he stated I couldn't use it or the $10 in rewards because I received $1 off. I informed him that I wasn't going to pay an additional $10 when I clearly had $10 off... another employee interrupted informing him that I could indeed use my rewards and get the reward for next week. He then stated he had to void my items and ring them up again... only to tell me the same thing! I told the guy to keep it all, I no longer wanted any of it and walked away. I'll purchase the items from somewhere else."
