"They gave me the wrong prescription, and when I went to pick up the corrected prescription, they wanted me to pay for the new one in addition to the one they messed up on. I don't expect to be entirely refunded for the entire situation, but having to pay for two prescriptions when they were the ones who made the mistake is a bit absurd. On top of this, they already messed up this prescription once in the past, when they ran out of the one I was supposed to get and started giving me something different without warning. The tech who was working the pickup window seemed understanding of the situation, but they were hesitant to bring it up with the pharmicist. The pharmicist reluctantly owned up to their mistake, but not before trying to make it sound like it was not their fault for filling the wrong prescription multiple times"

"Absolutely the WORST pharmacy in Charlotte period!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT go here if you don’t have to! Terrible customer service, & an even worse pharmacy manager!!!!!!!! Very rude ppl who work here! Will NEVER come here again!!!!!!!!!!! They close the pharmacy before closing time. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!"

"I’ve consistently gotten solid customer service at this location: prescriptions are ready on time and the employees are polite. Do they go above and beyond to make up for random discrepancies with insurance companies or my doctor’s office? In my experience, no, they don’t. But otherwise, a consistently positive experience."

"This Pharmacy deserve zero Stars. All pharmacy techs need to be retrained with better customer service. They have very nasty attitudes, which this is your job to deal with the public. Incident occurred today when money was snatched out of my hand due to the fact I had an issue with the same pharmacy tech last time. The pharmacist had to step in last time and tell her we did have that medicine in stock when she said they did not and also said it was not covered by my insurance when the pharmacist said it was. That left her with a nasty attitude with me. Made sure I looked at her name tag name with Sara. Will definitely be making a formal complaint. As well as changing Pharmacy."

"Very unhappy with the pharmacy here. I dropped off 6 prescriptions that were needed for post surgery. I was told it would take over an hour. Which is very reasonable for that amount. But to be certain I asked if there was any chance it would be ready early. The answer I received was no. I drove back to uptown. Parked and made it to my office lobby and received a text that it was ready. Only 20 minutes after I dropped it off. 20 minutes versus an hour is quite a big difference. The annoyance of wasting gas and having to go back is frustrating. Would prefer if the pharmacy could just be more honest about the timing process."
