I called and informed them that I was calling to confirm an appointment and gave my information. the response was weird like I was being reprimanded because he couldn't find a record of my appointment. I tried to explain that I had just received the call saying I had an appointment from my provider but he wouldn't let me explain. long story short requested a different acupuncturist."
