"Service is slow and I guess if you come in wearing pjs and slippers they bump you ahead of others that stay in the lobby for 2 hours with a client who is pediatrician age with a high fever. Then they put you in a room just for you to wait another 2 hours … DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!"

"I have been here several times and they always say they are full and no cars are in the parking lot. They closed an hour before they actually close. Doesn't matter the place was empty."

"Took my son here an everything went smoothly until I get a call from walgreens an the medicine they prescribed for my son wasn't covered by his insurance an was over 400$. FOR EAR DROPS, he only has an ear infection. I suggest anyone to check the medication an make sure it is covered cause they sure don't."

"I am from Illinois, Never been to the Carolina's.. I am so impressed with their care. I came here for a visit with my son and his family. but I had a medical problem after 5 days. And brought to Scotland Health Care. They was so thoughough, I ended up being here 3 weeks and not one complaint.. Its been a tough time but the staff and doctors are just amazing. Thank you so much to all that took care of me. Each of you made my stay so much easier. God bless each one of you. I wish our hospitals was as good and impressive as yours.. "Never would I go to this facility again. They had my incorrect address and never sent a bill. Excessive testing for a simple UTI resulted in a $600 bill. I will drive to Southern Pines to seek care in the future when I’m in town. Beware . Irresponsible care."
