"This place is a joke. They can never fully answer questions about your child's services. They are available on their time so please don't ever have a crisis, because it takes them almost 2 hours to get to your crisis call. And forbid you tell them one of their staff makes you feel belittled or degraded. If you tell them you want a different therapist and make contact with another therapist they'll drop you and you don't know until you need a crisis call again. But they'll tell you if you have a crisis call the crisis line. How you gonna call a crisis line for a place that's discharged you? Especially when they don't tell you they've discharged you!!! This place is worthless and their employees are a joke. They go to the school to "see" your child but they really go and chill in the office and run their mouth with the school staff. That's your money at work paying for help for your child and them not getting it, trust me when I say they are all about the money too because it was thrown in my face more than once about how they weren't being reimbursed for one session with my kid. Wow your not worried about a kid or their mental health your worried about your money. Why do y'all can all drive those fancy cars and go on vacation all at once yeah you read that right. Couldn't get help one week because everyone was on vacation... and it wasn't even a holiday."
