"Had a appointment. After 15 minutes waiting to give my name to staff with only one front desk person acknowledging patients. There was 3 of them there. Got a call about rescheduling my insurance appointment with me in the lobby having waited almost a hour. They never told her I was out there."

"In March of 2020 I was being treated by Dr. Jesse West, who diagnosed me with Autism, and SPD. In December of 2020 he contacted me by phone to let me know that he could no longer help me, but did not offer a reason why, or a referral to another psychologist. Since that time I have been informed that I am banned from CareSouth facilities, even though I was told that I had done no wrong by the office manager, and had not broken any rules or laws. I have been without the care that I need since 2020, and have been forced to hire an attorney to take legal action against CareSouth."

"The only thing I didn't like was the nurse talking so loud like she didn't want to explain to me what was going on the lady Ms. Additionally at the DHec explained to me I needed to get vaccinated after 50 for certain diagnosis. I felt so much better. The receptionist was very caring and assisted me with no problem. My doctor was very professional in telling me what was going on and things I needed to do to stay healthy. I love them."

"Worst provider I have ever seen and I worked for 19 years in a State Hospital in the nursing department. You employees and administration staff need to read these reviews and implement some means of improving your Healthcare delivery and perhaps some inservices on empathy for the patients. Avoid this facility if you can."

"The doctor that I had the misfortune to see at this facility needs to take a class in hospitality and bedside manner because he treated me dismissively and as if my concerns about my health were unfounded. He doesn't value his patients or their time. I have never been treated so badly as I had been that day."
