"Inefficient. Called several days to confirm surgery and verify everything was completed. They kept saying they would call if they needed anything and with the exact time for the surgery. On the day of surgery name was on the hospital list, but surgery had been canceled due to a missing form for a possible discount. (Paperwork for the payment plan had been completed). Vacation time with work has already been filed and so has my family’s vacation, now it’s too late to change those vacation dates. If just one person from that office had communicated we wouldn’t have this problem, but instead they failed to verify anything until the last moment and didn’t bother to notify us till we were at the hospital."
