"I went yesterday achy, throat sore sore, legs hurting, found out my neighbor had the flu around me on Wednesday, diagnosed with accute upper respiratory infection, but not given anything, the nurse was having to work up front and I had to ask for throat to be checked. Came home because I know when I am sick and was given 3 prescription by my asthma Doctor. She thinks I came in to soon. Will not be visiting again."

"I’ve been here multiple times and twice now I’ve showed up at opening for there to be no one to open the doors or no provider to treat patients. It was freezing outside today and it was 8:07 and no one was there to open when they are supposed to open at 8:00. There were multiple people standing outside waiting. This is the second time this has happened. The other time the provider was at least 15 minutes late arriving to treat the patients waiting. Very unprofessional. Otherwise the care is pretty quick. It depends on the day."

"If you can get past the receptionist at the front, Christine, I believe her name was and go ahead and book online; this place is great! I went on Friday, November 24th, and booked online the night before. I arrived at the facility early and waited for them to open to be there for my appointment at 8am. Keep in mind, I haven't felt well for over a week, and my first encounter at the office was with Christine. I'm thinking her turkey was bad on Thanksgiving or something because she was the most unpleasant receptionist I have ever encountered. I am almost 40 years old, and she spoke to me as if I were a child that didn't understand anything she was saying. Very not compassionate towards the people coming because they are sick. Once I got to the back, the nurse was absolutely amazing and super friendly (I think maybe she tries to make up for the experience you have at the front desk). Also, the nurse practioner I saw, Ms. Cathy Cook, was wonderful. She diagnosed me, gave me some advice, and was very friendly. I left there, went and picked up my meds, and by that evening could breathe and didn't have the headache I had for over a week by that evening! So if you can just deal with the receptionist and get past her attitude, then I would highly recommend this urgent care!"

"My Doctor could not see for a week & I had a positive Covid diagnosis. I turned to Upstate UC. They saw me in 30 min and were the most caring, professional doctors and nurses imaginable. They knew exactly what I needed and were agreeable to giving me the meds. I would go to them FIRST if something was working against my health. Could not be more pleased with Danette Cogdill for her analysis and prescriptions."

"This place is always the best! My 11 year old sons nose ended up being crushed and this urgent care found that out quick fast and in a hurry! Very grateful for them! 4 surgeries later and he is doing just fine!"
