"I wondered about the reviews until I went there myself. Was prescribed antibiotics for 5 days for sinus/bronchitis as well as two other prescriptions and charged a "new patient" visit. Meds helped but infection has persisted, so I called to request additional antibiotic; was told that was not possible unless I came in and paid for another visit, again as a "new patient". Apparently every visit is a "new patient" visit so they can charge more. Would give zero stars if possible. Don't waste your money."

"Don’t go here. Save your money and your time. They charged me $200 just to refer me to someone else. ($98 of that was for a Covid test that I didn’t need and could get for free elsewhere)."

"If you are sick, DONT come here! In all of my years I have never received such poor sub par care. I had been coughing and congested for 10 days and had a sore throat constantly. The person that was there barely said two words to me. Did a text book check up. Did not prescribe anything to at least help me not to cough continuously. Then cherry on top, she filed incorrectly and I was charged almost $100 when I usually pay $50 at most."

"Do not recommend this to anyone. The first time I tried scheduling my appointment the website glitched and never sent me my confirmation email. So I called a representative, canceled and rescheduled my appointment. Finally I received my confirmation number & email. Only to have them send me a text stating that “due to unforeseen circumstances” my appointment was canceled less than an hour before I needed to arrive. AFTER this they continued to send me messages asking to confirm or cancel my appointment. As if they had not just sent me a message saying they had literally canceled it."

"I had a great experience here tonight. The other reviews stating that the wait times were bad must have been terrible timing because I only waited about 10 minutes. Either way, a little patience will get you a along way. After the initial wait time I was in and out within 5 minutes for getting two shots. Alison helped me and she was very nice and helpful. I never knew everything these offered so I will be back in the future when needed. Next time I will even take advantage of setting up an appointment."
