"After being at their facility for a year as both a grooming and vet patient for our dog tucker they called me and canceled us on the grooming list because they were down groomers and refused to move their grooming schedule around. I have been asked several times to be moved to accommodate them with their schedule and have always said yes. Our dog has a condition that he was born with which he doesn't get around that great so grooming is essential to ensuring he is healthy and clean. The last few appointments they did not keep up on his ear cleaning and it resulted in an ear infection and extra vet cost conveniently also with them. I'll be happy to find another groomer and will certainly be taking him to another vet as well."

"If you are looking for the most caring vet in the Charlotte area, look no further. I have never had a vet like Dr. Bonilla. She is kind, she is thorough, & most importantly she goes above and beyond for our 3 fur babies. I've never had a vet take time after hours to reach out to me personally to communicate about next steps with my dogs until Dr. B came into our lives. She even consults with providers she's referring us to to make sure no stone is left unturned. I'm a very picky person and ask a million questions which can be a lot for any provider, but Dr. B always talks to me like we are a team in addressing my fur babies health. Thank you to Dr. Bonilla & the Passionate Paws care team for always showing up for our dogs. We are forever grateful!!"

"We were with the same vet practice for 40 years but we moved to Waxhaw and needed a closer vet. Passionate Paws was recommended to us by a cousin and a neighbor. We have been very happy! My Chi is 16 years so we have needed an “urgent” same day appt several times and they always worked us in. Also, I love that all the vets at PP allow you the time you need in a visit and do not rush out the door like is often the case (at least with human drs!). We usually see Dr. Izzy and love her, but we have also seen 3 other vets there who were all excellent as well. We are very happy with PP and highly recommend them."

"Usually my rating would be higher, but in this particular situation I was disappointed. Although this is probably the case in most vet businesses, I was disappointed that when my schnauzer was vomiting blood and I called during the day, they didn’t try to fit us in. We had to take her to an emergency clinic (Skyline in Matthew’s and they were wonderful. ) where we waited hours and saw vets that were strangers to our dog. I understand that appointments were full, but in an emergency it would have been helpful for our own vet to see our dog. Our vet in Maryland who has since passed away would do that and more. I like Dr. Bonilla a lot but as I said, was disappointed that between their two locations they didn’t try to see us. In fairness, their medical staff did consult with us and referred us to Skyline."
