"Bridge Academy is a safe and support place for your child's development. The director and staff are phenomenal with development and providing support. The director accessible and provides great communication. The development programs keep children's attention and helps with early developmental skills. The updates and photos provided will keep you connected and engaged. Bridge academy is a hidden gem in the City of Raleigh!"
"I have two children 1 and 4 that attend Bridge Academy. Let me tell you, it is wonderful to know that my children are safe and loved everyday they attend this childcare facility. We are private pay and the prices are super affordable for us. We get to see pictures throughout the day to see what the children are doing and we also get updates about what they are doing, eating and when they are sleeping. They include special enrichment programs like STEM and physical health classes for the children periodically throughout the year. I know when I drive off everyday that by babies are safe here. I have referred several friends here because I want other parents to have the same security we do. We love our Bride Academy family."
"My daughter has been at Bridge since she was an infant and we’ve always loved it there. The staff is amazing and they always shown her incredible amounts of love. They take time to truly work with the kids to help them grow and develop. Everyday we are thankful that we found Bridge when were needed childcare."
"My son, who is a bubbly toddler, attended this Academy, and initially loved going there, interacting with his little friends, and learning. However, he came home one day sad, and expressed that his Teacher was not his friend anymore, and proceeded to tell my husband and I that the Teacher had hit him. Not only did his story never change, but he also demonstrated this to us, and subsequently to the Director. We felt that the Director didn't take the necessary actions to investigate my son’s claims. After interviewing him she then dismissed his claims altogether, stating that the Teacher was actually “rubbing” him on his back and she never once apologized. Frankly, she seemed cold and dismissive throughout the meeting with my husband and I. Shortly thereafter, she discharged my son from the daycare. She promised me that she would refund our payment for that week, by sending our payment back to us in the mail and failed to do that as well. We feel that the Director does not stand for what is right and has shown a lack of accountability. Our concern is for the welfare of every precious baby, who receive services at this daycare. Bridge Academy is a part of the church and out of respect for the church the Director should conduct herself and her business accordingly. She is not only representing her business but also representing the church, it is her and her staff’s duty to be exemplars of ethics and honesty. Our family’s trust has been violated, and my son’s faith in humanity compromised. Please don’t let this happen to your child. This is not the only allegation this facility has faced!"
