"Dr. Mullins-Frasier is a remarkable provider. She is very organized, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m always impressed by how she is able to be so thorough going over all my medical information, ask all the questions, engage in some small talk, listen to all my questions and concerns, and keep the visit short and to the point. I always feel that she has time to listen and answer questions without feeling rushed. These are the reasons I continue to have her as my primary care provider. Additionally, the office staff is also friendly and professional. This is the best primary care office around."

"*update: the dr called me back after reaching out to the office manager to let me know he only was seeing my grandfather for his yearly check up not to treat any of the conditions he currently has. Which makes absolutely no sense to me because when the receptionist called me to schedule the appt it was because Dr peters left and my grandfathers care needed to be taken up with another doctor.* I bring my grandfather here and have been coming for years. Never had any issues when Gabby Peter’s was here. After seeing a new provider for the yearly check up and going through all the past medical history and medications we left thinking everything was okay. When I tried to get a medication refill, it was denied and then I sent a message, and finally Dr Amani Ice called to let me know he would not be refilling this medication “because I do not prescribe anxiety medication to geriatric patients but I can refer out to a psychiatrist” I explained that this medication was not for anxiety and then repeated what I had already told him in the office, that Dr. Peters tried to change the medication and he did not do well so she agreed he could stay on this medication, that again, he’s been on for YEARS. Dr. Amani Ice then let me know he still wouldn’t fill it because he was a geriatric patient. If this medication was an issue why not discuss it in the office face to face. He spent maybe 10 mins in the room with us and just read a chart but apparently that’s enough to know what’s in the best interest of my grandfather."

"My medical care is provided by Robin Cook, FNP. She provides awesome care to me. She listens to my every concern and addresses them accordingly. She will refer me to the appropriate source if my needs are beyond her scope of practice. I have been seeing her for over 10 years and highly recommend her if you’re looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and personable medical provider."

"I just want to say that I am truly the luckiest person to have gotten in with Dr Robin Cook and her staff. It is the most pristine and well run great atmosphere with absolutely no fear even though my drive is long I would do it over and over just to be Dr Robin Cook's patient.
