"I've been with this office for years and I really like all the doctor, but the office staff is another story. Had a post-op appt the doctor set for me weeks ago and I went yesterday only for them to tell me my appointment had been canceled. (???) No one could tell me why but they would work me in. The sad part is this isn't the first time this has happened. They need to train their staff and they can start with Kim on where bandage and supplies are stored, and to not cancel client appointments just because they had an appt on the 28th and assume I no longer needed my appt on the 3rd. If they looked carefully, my appt on the 28th wasn't with you. It was at the Matthews branch for a different reason."
"I’m thankful that I decided to consult Dr. D (Dmochcowski) to assess and treat my wrist. Dr. D thoroughly assessed my issue, and made sure I was as comfortable and pain free as possible during my procedure. Dr. D explained everything he was doing during the procedure, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. D also made sure I didn’t have too much pain or swelling afterwards, and my wrist has healed nicely.
