"I had really terrible health insurance last year. This place was the only option for my insurance for psychiatry. Now mental health is a very sensitive thing. I attended the orientation meeting for new patients. I was sick to my stomach the entire time because the employee/therapist that coordinated our orientation smelled like she had smoked an entire pack of cigarettes two minutes before walking into orientation. It was very distracting and unwelcoming. She spoke like she was reading a script and had very little patience. It didn't feel like a place where my mental health could be nutured and Improved. They also made it clear that it was difficult to get in touch with the psychiatrist we would eventually be assigned to and to speak to them we have to go through the therapist. They are understaffed and lack medical composure, resources and professionalism."
"My mother needs her medicine. She talked to everyone she was pose to the pharmacy even called to get her medicine. It's been days!!!! So I called... I get transfered to everyones voicemail.... NO!!! I NEED ANSWERS TO WHY MY MOTHER'S MEDICINE HASN'T BEEN CALLED IN AFTER DAYS OF ASKING!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!"
"i just got out of the hospital. i drove a half hour for them to tell me their computer was down. even when i asked if she wanted to wait 10 min. to see if it works she said no. not only did i waste a half hour of gas. but had to miss a work shift for this appointment. can’t afford to come back til my next paycheck since i was just at the hospital too. I might as well just see my primary care doctor to monitor my meds."
"These people do not care about helping someone that sincerely needs the help! Dr. Cornelius has canceled and rescheduled my appointment 4 times now! This doctor does not care about the mental health of her patients!!! All these people have done is made things worse!"
"My kids and I have been coming here for years.. The staff has always been nice, smiley and respectful... But that new woman at the front desk is something else.. She is rude, impatient and always has a tone while speaking to you.. Almost like she is above you. It's making me think about switching to a different doctor office. Ughhhh Update: Understaffed and unprofessional Officially switching to a different office. Some things have been mistakes on my part, but majority of the time my child has suffered due to their negligence. Anyone who deals with this office will eventually be let down and untreated."
